Return and refund policy
At Calyptra Vineyards & Winery we are proud to offer high quality wines and excellence in each of our bottles. We value our customer satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional customer service at all stages of your experience with us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the wine must be in its original, unopened condition and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or labeled products are not eligible for return unless there is an error or defect on our part.
To initiate the return process, we ask that you contact our customer service team within the established time frame, providing your order information and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
It is important to note that shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless an error or defect has occurred on the part of Calyptra Vineyards & Winery.
Once we have received and verified the status of the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Damaged or defective products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we ask that you contact our customer service team immediately. Please provide details and send images of the damaged or defective product so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
