Return Policy::

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days after product delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the wine must be in its original condition, unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that customized products or those with custom labels are not eligible for return, unless there is an error or defect on our part.

To initiate the return process, we ask that you contact our customer service team within the established timeframe, providing your order information and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.

It is important to note that shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless an error or defect has occurred on the part of Calyptra Vineyards & Winery.

Refunds:

Once we have received and verified the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Products:
