Summer 2026 is approaching! That’s why at Calyptra we show you several alternatives so you can enjoy along with great wines! One of our favorites is Chardonnay Vivendo 2021. A fresh, fruity wine with good volume and rich acidity that adds a juicy sensation.
Chardonnay Ranking and Best Cachapoal Ranking.
Its older sibling, our Gran Chardonnay 2021, which has obtained 95 points in Descorchados 2025 Edition and has also been awarded within the categories Best Chardonnay Ranking and Best Cachapoal Ranking. It has barrel aging in contact with its lees for 18 months. Bottling is done with wine-respectful filtration, and it has a minimum 6-month bottle aging before going to market. You can pair it with fish, seafood, white meats, and a wide range of food pairings during this summer.

Finally, we want to tell you about a unique sparkling wine – we’re talking about Espumante Hera 2015. If you haven’t tried it, we invite you to enjoy it.
Our Espumante Hera, in its 2015 vintage, is a very delicate sparkling wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, traditional method. It has lees aging for 8 months. Secondary fermentation is carried out with the same fermentation yeast, and it’s left in bottle in contact with its lees for 90 to 96 months. To subsequently culminate with disgorgement and the addition of our dosage.
