Tasting Notes: Dark ruby red color. The nose with aromas of ripe red and black fruit such as cassis, blackberries, black cherries and raspberry. Floral and herbal touch; violet, fennel, bay leaf and a subtle hint of eucalyptus. Spices like licorice, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate is powerful but very balanced and juicy, with smooth and silky texture and firm tannins perfectly integrated. Long and aromatic finish, with notes of ripe cassis, tobacco and spices. This Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent example of expression of our Alto Cachapoal terroir.
