Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is very elegant with aromas of fresh and ripe white fruit, flowers, sweet citrus notes. On the second nose aromas of baked apple, linden, honey, yellow pears, quince. Light hint of almond, brioche bread and dough. On the palate the foam is very creamy and persistent, small and smooth bubble. It has silky texture with notes of ripe yellow apple, banana, papaya, quince. It is persistent in the mouth with smooth aftertaste and notes of caramel and white bread. Sparkling wine with good structure and very delicate.
