Composition: Co-fermentation of Cabernet Sauvignon; Syrah; Merlot.

Tasting notes: Deep purplish red color. On the nose aromas of black raisins, candied red fruits, dried plum, cassis jam, chocolate, spices such as clove, cinnamon, nutmeg. On the palate notes of dried fruits and sweet plum. Long, sweet finish with a touch of almonds and pastries. It is an opulent, vibrant wine with a velvety texture. Very balanced and persistent aftertaste.

Pairing: Blue cheese, dark chocolate, brownie, nuts.
